As far as I can tell, small artists like me have no way to protect the rights of our work if it is stolen, especially when AI art is taking over. The only way we can do this is to add a small watermark anywhere in the painting.

My artwork base price is for personal use only, but if the clients want to profit from it, for example printing as merch, use for twitch banners/emotes, they can buy the additional cost of commercial use and all rights will be theirs.

By default, upon project completion and full payment, clients receive common personal usage rights. The client has the right to use my work as an avatar for their social networks or for themselves (t-shirt print or gift for example).

If a client wants to use my work commercially, do merch with my art, or anything that makes money with my art, there is an additional price for this type of commercial use.

It’s totally free for personal use. But like I said before, I charge for commercial use. With commercial use rights, client can sell and use the artworks in unlimited way.

I mostly leave it to their consents since they paid me for it, but some of them want to credit me for it and I would just gladly accept it.
