The 3 Minute Spanish course is set out in such a way that anybody, even with the most hectic of schedules, can find time to learn to speak Spanish. Each lesson is broken down into 3-minute chunks (hence the name), and this means that you can easily fit in one video every single day.
Little and often is the best approach to learning anything as it develops consistency, which is the key to success. By keeping your study sessions short but regular, you’ll find it quickly becomes a habit, you’ll learn things much more quickly and Spanish won’t ever feel like a chore – you’ll maintain enough motivation to carry on to fluency!
Each person's process is different, but I would say that it would be excellent at least 4 days a week since the more we practice, the more we listen in Spanish, and the more we see the learned vocabulary and new vocabulary, our brain will get used to it and our brain You will learn faster. Therefore I recommend several days but if the person can see less day and continue studying that is also very good!
Usually, I would recommend at least two hours a week, divided in two lessons of one hour each. Now, if possible, three lessons a week is the sweet spot in my experience, because it allows the student to make a steady progress while also having time to process the new information and doing the extra activities I always send.
